Window Cleaner Position Open
A local, family-run, growing business needs a dependable, motivated, character-driven employee who enjoys making people happy with a job well done. As a part of Shiny Happy Windows, you’ll help businesses attract customers and people enjoy their homes while making Wichita a shinier, happier place.
What you’ll do:
Wash windows, clean and repair screens, clean gutters, install Christmas lights, maybe even clean some chimneys.
Work with integrity in what will become a self-managing position—no one who’s good at their job likes being micro-managed, right?
Earn bonuses by bringing in more business because clients think well of your work.
The person we’re looking for:
You have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
You’re not afraid of heights.
You enjoy the outdoors and being active.
You enjoy making people happy, maybe even get a high from being complimented for being better at your job than everyone else.
